Book 15 minutes for every 50 gifts you're checking in. Example: 150 gifts = book three 15-minute slots
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. We will be scanning every child's gift bag to confirm none are missing
Bring Volunteers to help Load and Unload gifts. We will have volunteers ready to scan check in the gifts. Connect with Tamber Rouse via register@fosterict.com or call her at (620)255-3340 to make arrangements for transportation help if needed
